The guidelines is as follows:
The donator sends a note to the winner, which should explain what they are willing to draw for the winner, what information they need to do so and a general idea of when it might be done. The winner will then respond to this with whatever questions and answers they might have and the two of you will then figure out what will be figured out. Remember to be nice and respectful during the process and you should be fine.
We don't want to control how long it should take to make the present, as that will depend on the kind of drawing you are making and how much time you have. As long as you both know what is going on, we are happy. However, if you feel like you can't get into contact with the other person, don't be afraid to contact us and we will do our best to help.

Don't be afraid to ask if there are any questions.

The raffle itself will start at whole. The raffle is slightly delayed as I had family parties to attend and we got home later than expected.
It seems you need a livestream account to comment, but not to watch. But all information will be given afterwards anyway.

LIVESTREAM DETAILS: The raffle draw will be happening at around 9PM, GMT + 1 time at this address: [link]. For South Africans, this means the raffle draw will take place at 10PM. If you're in America, check this list here: [link] and subtract the number under DST from 21 to get the time the draw takes place in your own timezone. If you're in Australia, you guys are GMT+8, so unfortunately the draw will take place at 4 in the morning for you guys. But don't worry, the livestream will be available for viewing after the draw and the details of winners WILL be posted. And now we can consider the Christmas Calender for 2012 DONE AND DUSTED! Thank you to everyone who participated; whether you submitted a picture, plugged this in your journal, donated a raffle prize, or simply watched this group to see the spectacular work we got this year! This venture would not have been a success without your input! I hope you all had fun!!

I like to especially thank and for allowing me to take the reigns this year. And yea, while there were a few bumps along the road, they helped me sort it out and gave me encouragement. So thank you to my fellow admins!

Now, on to business: while the Christmas Calender itself is over for the year, the raffle has yet to begin! First off, I encourage everyone to make sure that their names have been checked off for the appropriate amount of raffle tickets below. If I've made a mistake, please inform me ASAP because the raffle takes place tomorrow. If you've offered to donate a prize to the raffle, I will be contacting you shortly with a reminder. After the raffle takes place (27th of December) both you and the person who won your prize will be contacted, from there it is the prizewinner's prerogative to make sure that the person whose prize they won gets all the details of their request.

Also, ~2-5-9 and I have decided that we might have to hold a separate draw for *SithAbair as he tends to draw some very sexy stuff! I need to confirm if he's willing to draw not-sexy stuff, but if he chooses to only draw sexy stuff, then only participants 16 years and older are eligible to win his prize. I hope this won't be too much of an inconvenience

In other news, the date for the Featured Folder contest is unconfirmed at the moment. For those who don't know about this contest, it is an additional contest we held earlier this year when we choose the best of the Christmas Calender submissions to appear in the Featured Folder. I ( ~Aura-Alora ) might not be able to upload the scheduled deviation tomorrow, as it is my graduation day.  So , this is just a head's up that your art will be posted later in the day South African time. Probably around 6 or 7 GMT+2 If Sif or 2-5-9 are online, they might upload it before then.

has generously donated an image for every day of the Christmas Calender!! What this means is that the 15th will be filled! Yay! The subject of his raffle tickets will be discussed with the other admins.
